Commercial and Institutional Building Emission Reduction (ER) Project. This project generates ERs from the upgrade of fossil fuel burning and electrical systems of schools located in the Elk Island School District. The project resulted in decreases in electricity and/or fossil fuel use that would not have happened in absence of the project.
